This year's Copenhagen Games once again features a grand CS:GO tournament, open for everybody. The last couple of years, we've seen upwards of 60 teams coming from all over the world to play and we sincerely hope for similar enthusiasm again this year!
We start with a massive group play stage where teams compete to advance to the main tournament itself. In the main tournament, invited teams join in to compete for massive cash prizes.
However, just because you don't get one of the coveted slots in the main tournament, there's still plenty of matches for you to enjoy. We will again host a tournament for all the teams that didn't make the main tournament cut and this year we're trying to make that tournament even better and more competitive than ever before. Our intent is not only to make it interesting to win, but also to make prizes available for the most of the top10 finishers.
As always, we have a big CS:GO main stage at the venue which will feature a ton of matches from our tournament. This also means that everyone may get the chance to play on stage and at the same time be featured on our live stream.
We will reveal more about the prizes, both cash and hardware, later, as well as reveal the list of invited teams.
We hope to see a lot of you during Easter in Copenhagen! The event opens Wednesday the 12th of April – The CS:GO open tournament will kick off on Thursday the 13th of April at 11.00.
It all ends Saturday evening with the big final followed, of course, by our usual and famous Copenhagen Games afterparty.
Signups are already open both for individual seats and combined team tickets.
